Associate Director
Program Responsibilities:
I oversee the areas of human, communal and spiritual formation in Echo. This includes evolving and running retreats, supporting Echo Formation Assistants (who offer ongoing formation to students during the academic year when students are placed throughout the country) and further developing students' formation plan curriculum in conversation with the other Associate Directors on the Formation Team.
Bio:
I grew up in Waterford, Connecticut. I earned my B.A. from Providence College, served as a Jesuit Volunteer, and then taught high school. I discerned a deeper desire to serve the Church and decided to pursue further formation in Notre Dame’s Master of Divinity program. After graduation in 2013, I joined the Echo staff. In my free time, I enjoy running, summer trips to Lake Michigan, and hosting friends for meals in my home.
Why Echo?
I am most inspired by my work witnessing the growth students experience through their service to the Church and through the persistent, joyful, and sometimes challenging work of cultivating personal and professional relationships. I’m continually moved by the creative and innovative ways Echo students contribute to their placements, and I remain deeply grateful to work alongside such dedicated and faithful colleagues on the Echo staff.
