Catechist Academy

For Students:

Make God known and loved in our community:

Hand on the faith to future generations by teaching religious education and serving in youth ministries in local South Bend and Mishawaka parishes. The Notre Dame Catechist Academy connects you to a local parish and provides you the opportunity to witness to the Gospel, deepen your own faith, and use your gifts to make God known and loved in our local community.

  • Study in a variety of majors and are first years through graduate students at Notre Dame, Saint Mary's and Holy Cross College.
