- Apply via the Vision CYM Online Application, which includes the submission of online waiver forms, and pay the $100 deposit per applicant via credit card or online check
- Prepare for Notre Dame Vision by reading Information You Need to Know
- Pay the balance due by May 20, 2024, via the Online Store or mail a check to

Discounts
Campus and youth ministers who register for Vision can get a discount for sending students to Notre Dame Vision for High School Students. For every student, receive $20 off fees or deposit for a campus or youth minister.
