How do we figure it out? Conscience and Contraception

-

Geddes Hall Coffeehouse

There has been a great deal of discussion about conscience in these past few months, following the announcements regarding the Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate. How do we figure out what we are supposed to think? Is there a “right way” to form one’s conscience? On Monday, April 2nd, from 7-8 PM in the Geddes Hall Coffeehouse, there will be a discussion for students on the topic of conscience formation, contraception and religious freedom. The discussion will be led by ND theology professor David Clairmont and is being cosponsored by Campus Ministry, the Center for Ethics and Culture, the Center for Social Concerns, the Gender Relations Center, the Institute for Church Life and the University Life Initiatives office. We encourage students to make time in their busy schedules to come out for this important conversation!
