Brittany coordinates the Catechist Academy at the McGrath Institute for Church Life. In this role, she recruits, forms, and places students in parishes throughout the South Bend region to serve as catechists in Religious Education programs and as small group leaders in Youth Ministry programs. Brittany desires to help young people encounter Jesus in their parishes and develop a sense of love and belonging to the Church.

Prior to joining McGrath Brittany served in parishes in the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend and in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Over her career she has directed programs for Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, Sacramental Preparation, and RCIA adapted for Children and Teens. Brittany earned her Master of Arts Theology in 2016 through McGrath's Echo Program while serving in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Mathematics from Franciscan University.

Brittany loves getting outside to enjoy South Bend's changing seasons with her husband, Jimmy, and two children. She also enjoys playing violin, viola, and guitar for her parish's liturgical and youth ministries.
