Brian Dean, M.S.

Brian serves as the Director of Finance and Operations for the McGrath Institute for Church Life. He joined the institute in November 2017 after six years as the Director of Operations for Notre Dame Development.

Prior to coming to campus, Brian spent 11 years at Eli Lilly and Company, working in Neuroscience Marketing and in HR roles supporting Manufacturing and Facilities Management. He also worked as the Director of Franchise Management and of Leadership Development for the Steak n Shake Company in Indianapolis. Before coming to Indiana, he served 11 years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, flying the CH-46 helicopter in the Persian Gulf and Somalia.

Brian holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
