What do you hope to do after Echo?
After Echo, I'd like to study Moral Theology, with the eventual goal of becoming a college professor. I also think that I'd like to try teaching in a Catholic high school at some point, and I think I'm going to really enjoy working in a parish setting, so I have a lot of good options!

Audrey Oppman

What attracted you to Echo and helped you decide to join the program?
What initially drew me to Echo was the way the program beautifully balances academic and pastoral theology. In talking to people who had or were participating in Echo, it became really clear that this program would allow me to live out my desire to both learn theology and to put it into practice--and so far it has done exactly that!

What advice would you give to Echo applicants?
My advice is to pray with your application. Take your time with the questions and break up answering them. Don't try to do the whole application all at once. Also, contact the staff, current apprentices and theology teachers, or alumni of Echo to ask questions and get feedback on the program, so you can be more informed about what you are getting into.
